Blink of an Eye - TAFE Queensland Diploma Graduates of 2021

Presenting the graduate artists of TAFE Queensland, The Blink of an Eye is a refined selection of work, covering a wide array of fine art mediums from sculpture, ceramics, oil painting, drawing and printmaking.  Under the professional mentoring and guidance from local established artists, Rose Rigley, Olivia Azzopardi and Marnie Awram, this group of emerging artists have built a foundation and grounding platform for their practise that is presented to the wider community of Far North Queensland.  This group show presents the intimate vision of reflection and introspection into the artist’s life and the duality of their visual arts practise. From a broad spectrum of themes and processes; conceptual, literal, symbolic, political, and abstract, each emerging artist has selected their chosen medium and theme based on the professional guidance of their mentor and years studying and establishing their practise at TAFE Queensland.
